EnergyCAP UtilityManagement analytics rely on complete and accurate utility bills in your database.  You can enter utility bills manually, import bills in bulk (XLS, CSV, DAT, ZIP), or let us do the work for you with our Bill CAPture service. Once a bill is entered, immediately convert it to your operating currency for consistent reporting and visibility, regardless of the original bill’s currency. 

Our Bill CAPture service uses OCR and other technologies to convert your files and paper bills into a format that is imported into your UtilityManagement database.  From there, you can audit, analyze, and export to your accounting system.
