Federal agencies, state and local governments, public school districts, colleges, and universities are entitled to EnergyCAP’s lowest available prices.
EnergyCAP has an information technology schedule contract with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). The GSA contract allows EnergyCAP to provide products and services to GSA-eligible organizations as an approved vendor, which expedites the purchasing process and guarantees the lowest available price.
For many organizations, the assurance of our best and final price allows the organization to forgo its standard bidding process, but we recommend that you review your individual organization’s procurement procedures. Ask your EnergyCAP sales representative for additional information.
40 U.S.C § 502 © offers the following definition of non-federal GSA-eligible organizations:
Each of our solutions holds its own value standalone, they more powerful when paired together. Acquiring EnergyCAP’s complete solution suite, empowers customers with a robust energy and sustainability ERP to serve as the single source of truth for their data. Choose the EnergyCAP UtilityManagement package that’s best for you and pair it with EnergyCAP’s suite of solutions for special bundle discounts.
In the initial purchase year of EnergyCAP, there are two main fees, an annual subscription fee and a one-time fee.
The annual subscription fee is based on the software features you select and the number of meters (points-of-service) to be tracked. The license subscription also provides hosting services, access to technical support, and regular software upgrades. CAPture Services are included in the annual fees if optioned.
The one-time fees are for professional startup and setup services based on the scope of work to get EnergyCAP implemented and your staff trained.
EnergyCAP licenses are based on the number of meters to be tracked. Each unique point of service that has a use, cost, reading, or GHG value counts as a meter. These points are the commodities found on a utility bill and tracked by utility accounts (electric, gas, oil, propane, refuse, recycling, water, sewer, etc.) or are commodity values important to track for reporting purposes (occupancy, production, miles driven, miles flown, etc.). Typically, one utility bill account includes one meter (electric) however some utility accounts are summaries and include multiple meters or commodities (electric and gas). Other utilities do not have a physical meter (trash, recycling, sewer, or telecom) but are still tracked as a meter. Additionally, any cost allocation or tenant account based on submeters, formulas, or splits are setup as meters.
To ensure successful deployment of EnergyCAP, we offer implementation and training services tailored to meet your organization’s needs. Behind the project manager stands a talented support team with decades of combined implementation experience.
